Alix + Bryce’s May La Quinta Wedding

After months of planning a destination wedding, Alix and Bryce got married in La Quinta, California, on a beautiful day in May. They live in Canada, so they planned the whole thing from afar with only a few visits, trusting their vendors to pull it off. We handled the La Quinta wedding hair and makeup, and Alix’s bridal hair and makeup was all about looking like herself on a bigger day.

The getting ready

Alix and Bryce married at a private residence in La Quinta, and Alix got ready nearby with her bridesmaids at Tradition Golf Club. She wanted a natural look that played up her own features. “Hailey Bieber-esque” was the word she used, since her dress was already glam and she wanted the beauty to balance it.
